online counseling
for women
AROSE eTherapy® is an online therapy practice designed for professional women who excel at work but feel overwhelmed behind the scenes. Juggling careers, family, caregiving, and personal challenges often leaves little time for self-care, leading to stress, anxiety, or burnout.
Take a step back and prioritize your well-being. Just one hour a week focused on your feelings and needs can make a significant difference in alleviating stress and restoring balance.
How do i know if therapy
is right for me?
Are you struggling with anxiety, fears or insecurities?
Are you in the midst of a life transition?
Have you been feeling down, depressed, and lacking motivation?
Are you contemplating making a major change and need a little push?
Are you going through unexpectedly stressful circumstances?
Now may be the time for a little extra support. Talking with friends and family can be helpful, but a deeper look with an online counselor can catalyze change.
At AROSE eTherapy® you will receive compassionate, quality care with an objective, non-judgmental view.
Psychotherapy provides relief and support so you can redesign your life, exactly the way you want it to be. Even the most successful women can benefit from support and guidance.

Dr. Rozycki has come to observe what systems work best in providing quality care. Many people might think telehealth was born out of the pandemic since that’s when so many people started using telehealth, but it’s actually been in place for decades. You may have come to learn of the convenience of using telehealth for your appointments over these few years—it’s safe, secure, and simple.
military therapy for active duty, veterans, spouses, family members, & Government employees
Dr. Rozycki also has extensive experience working with military, veterans, spouses, family members, and government employees. She has worked on three military installations and the VA and is also the spouse of an AD member.
Online counseling is a convenient way for active duty military to access care given challenging work schedules and having to PCS routinely. Veterans may appreciate the convenience of online care particularly if there is significant anxiety or low energy that can make getting to an office appointment almost too challenging to keep.
For spouses, talking with a military spouse who understands the struggles of managing a household solo during training or TDYs can make a difference. Family members such as parents also experience unique concerns for their member—anxiety and pride at once.
Government service workers and contractors can experience a great deal of stress managing bureaucratic issues and unexpected changes such as sequestration or term changes.
