how does online therapy in delaware work?

Starting therapy, especially online, can feel daunting at first, but the process is designed to be simple and comfortable. With online therapy, you have the advantage of meeting from the comfort of your own home or office, which often helps people feel more at ease.

The process begins with a conversation about your primary concerns, stressors, and symptoms. Together, we'll explore key aspects of your life story to uncover factors contributing to your current challenges.

The initial focus is on addressing acute symptoms, helping you feel better as quickly and effectively as possible. Once those symptoms are managed, we’ll dive deeper into identifying patterns and setting meaningful, long-term goals to support your personal growth and well-being.

Creating a life you love is achievable—and you're worth the investment in yourself!

Why therapy for women in delaware?

In creating AROSE eTherapy®, Dr. Alicia Rozycki sought to focus her practice on online therapy specifically for women. Drawing from her experience in both civilian and military settings, she recognized the unique challenges women face.

Many women came to therapy feeling overwhelmed by the demands of balancing parenting, career, and relationships. On top of that, they often managed households, cared for aging parents, and had little time or energy left for themselves.

Many were also in relationships where their partners weren’t pulling their weight. As caregivers by nature, women often struggle to say “no,” set boundaries, and prioritize self-care. It became evident: even superwomen need help.
