how do i get started?

Do you accept insurance?
AROSE eTherapy® is out of network, which means a receipt will be provided for you to send to your insurance for reimbursement. More information is available upon request or on the “Rates” page.
how can therapy help me?
Therapy offers a private space where you can process your feelings, worries, and frustrations and refocus on what you would like to see change in your life. It can help you improve relationships, find better ways to cope with stress and anxiety, lift depression, communicate more effectively, break free from old patterns, and build confidence. The goal is to help you live in balance, releasing anxieties and connecting with your best self and true purpose.
How long does therapy take?
Length of time in therapy varies per person depending on their needs and what goals they are trying to accomplish. Individuals typically meet weekly for at least 4-8 sessions to alleviate acute symptoms and allow a time for us to get to know each other. As you’re feeling better, sessions can be spaced out to every other week or every three weeks. With goal achievement, we can shift to monthly check-ins until it is time to say goodbye. This whole process is generally over a 6 month period on average; some people wrap up sooner but others stay for extended periods as new challenges emerge or new goals are developed. There are no musts and the entire process, including frequency, is collaborative.
how do i know if online sessions are right for me?
Online therapy is secure and convenient. The research shows therapy outcomes are the same for in-person and online sessions. With online therapy you save yourself time and money with being able to skip driving to and parking at an office location. There is greater flexibility with scheduling. You can access your session from a private space in your home or office. The portability of sessions can also be a plus.
