AROSE eTherapy® was established when Dr. Rozycki lived in Colorado Springs, Colorado as a military spouse. This gave her family the chance to explore the state. They visited Denver, Boulder, Pueblo, Breckenridge, Vail, Aspen, Glenwood Springs, Fort Collins, and Western Colorado. So whether you’re taking in a comedy show at the Paramount Theatre, rocking out at Red Rocks Amphitheater, or shopping at the Cherry Creek Shopping Center, your Colorado experience will be understood!
online therapy for women in colorado
In developing AROSE eTherapy®, Dr. Rozycki focused on providing online therapy tailored to high-achieving professional women. Through her work in both civilian and military settings, she recognized that women’s concerns were unique.
Many women sought therapy overwhelmed by the demands of balancing multiple roles—busy mom, high-performing professional, spouse, or all three—while also managing households, coordinating doctor’s appointments for both children and aging parents, and struggling to find time for themselves.
Other women found themselves in relationships where their partner wasn’t contributing equally. As natural caregivers, they often prioritized others and struggled to say "no," set boundaries, and carve out non-negotiable self-care time.

how does online therapy
in colorado work?
Various therapeutic strategies are utilized in your work with AROSE eTherapy® including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), and Brief CBT for Insomnia. Arts therapies, family systems theory, and psychodynamic conceptualizations are also incorporated.
The primary initial goals of therapy will focus on symptom relief—let’s get you feeling better as soon as possible. Once you feel less stressed, down, worried, and sleepless, we can then begin to focus on underlying concerns and ultimate goals.
delving deeper into your concerns for lasting results and a better future
Past significant experiences, family dynamics from your upbringing, or key points in your adult history will be considered in understanding how you are functioning today. We’ll explore your history not as a place to stay stuck but as a tool for understanding how we can help you move forward.
Think about your life today and think about where you’d like to be. Let’s help you get clear on what you’d like to see change and then break the process down into manageable steps.
Give yourself one hour a week to focus on your needs. Together we’ll focus on the tools to manage stress on your own going forward. Alleviate your symptoms, achieve your goals, and restore a healthy lifestyle.
online therapy for military in colorado
Dr. Alicia Rozycki has over 10 years experience as a military psychologist. Having worked as a psychologist on 3 military installations and for the VA, Dr. Rozycki has worked with all branches of service. She is also an active duty military spouse.
She has counseled active duty military, retirees, and spouses in the primary care clinic at Peterson-Schriever Garrison (coincidentally her first day of work there was the day Space Force was established!). She also conducted VA compensation and pension evaluations for military members from Fort Carson, Peterson-Schriever Garrison, and the Air Force Academy as well as veterans in the Colorado Springs area.
therapy for women in the military
Active duty military women not only face the rigors of the military lifestyle, but often have to prove themselves even more so than their male counterparts. They are often pushed mentally in dealing with the challenges of being in a male dominated career field. The expectations can be exceptional. Although female military members rise to the challenge, there may be times where support is needed to power through.
Therapy for military Spouses in colorado
As a military spouse, Dr. Rozycki personally understands the perks and challenges of this role. It can be exhausting holding down the home front while your spouse is TDY, deployed, or working long hours. If you have kids, you may not be a single parent, but at times, it may sure feel like it. The stress is mixed with the perks of having experiences in new places. For instance, being stationed in Colorado Springs offers the perk of being able to explore all that Colorado has to offer from Pueblo to Castle Rock and Denver, or as far off as Vail, Aspen, Grand Junction, Boulder, Fort Collins, and the western range. Just know that if the weight of the challenges overpower the benefits, Dr. Rozycki is here to support you.
